Christmas at The Control Tower

We take a deposit when booking. This deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee should you wish to cancel your booking

As we wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests; however to be fair to everyone we have the following cancellation policy.

Please notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of your stay. Every effort will be made to re-let the room/s, however if we are unable to re-let, we will charge you in full for the room.

No shows will result in the total booking value being charged. We advise you to have travel insurance in place for the period you are due to stay with us, in case you can't make it at the last minute.

If you need to cancel with a longer notice period we can discuss changing your booking for a alternative date.

Children are welcome

Call us in advance so we can work out how best to accommodate your needs.

Cots - There is space in The Signal Room for a travel cot please let us know if advance if you plan to bring one with you.

Early or late check in needed?

Normal check in is between 3-4pm.

If you need to check in early at The Control Tower if you are attending a nearby wedding or event, we can help with early check in. If your room is not ready you can leave your bags with us and if we can we will provide a private space for you to get ready. You can also leave your car and we can help with booking taxis etc as these are not in abundant supply in North Norfolk!

Similarly if you need to check in later - if you are travelling from a distance away or after work then let us know, we can normally accommodate with enough notice.

No Smoking

We do not permit smoking anywhere inside The Control Tower

Sorry we cannot allow any pets to stay at The Control Tower. As we have rescued two adorable cats from RSPCA – they now have RAF North Creake names (of course) Window & Mandrel.  We keep them out of the B&B rooms and can keep them away from the other public areas if you have allergies or concerns about cats.

You can follow them on social media #ControlTowerCats

Wow! Watched the progress of this place on Facebook. Don’t want to go home. My tower won’t feel the same on Monday. Soaked up the atmosphere and history. Heaven! Phil
